Heritage Open Days 2017 takes place Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th September, and here in Winchester thanks to the many event organisers, guides, volunteers and festival supporters we have more than 70 events and venues for you to explore for free. There are workshops, artists’ studios, historical archives, guided tours, lectures, vintage buses and cars, hidden gardens, historic buildings and even cider and gin tastings.
